Here I am posting a partial list of my training as it seems a comfort for people to know my experience. Though I have learned and taught many helpful energy healing methods, over the years I came to see clearly the common ground they are all born of  – the natural deeper Knowing-Light-Awareness  that lives in us all.

After many years of practice, the methods dissolved into the common ground they came from, and the common ground alone remained. This innermost Essence, loving, unlimited, all-pervading,  was always best able and more than enough to facilitate healing.

This Inner Light is fully present and alive in everyone. It is not special to me or anyone. But the vast array of our accumulated conditioning, tendencies, wounds, tumults, and demands of human existence tend to keep our minds ever-stressed, swirling in fear, busy with our “to-do” list, and often unhappily bouncing around between our various self-worth, identity and image beliefs, concepts, definitions, and judgements. 

Behind all that is a most exquisite, lovely and capable Knowing-Light-Awareness, the Essence of all Being that takes care of our needs and helps us heal. 

When people have this experience of resting in this deeper space of themselves, there is often a profound sense of relief, of peace, of inspiration and healing.

Energy Healing helps us remember our true nature.
